Baker Manufacturing celebrates 150th anniversary as staff reflects on history of the company

EVANSVILLE — Baker Manufacturing, at 133 Enterprise St., celebrated its 150th anniversary on Sept. 16.

Employees say that innovation and community involvement is why they have been a staple in Evansville since 1873.

The 250,000-square-foot campus with its old, red brick buildings, the heat of the foundry, the constant cacophony of machines whirring and the strong feeling of history is what makes up Baker Manufacturing. Read more.

Baker Adds Capacity for Machining, Welding, & Fabrication

Baker Manufacturing has added new equipment! New additions include a Mazak HCN-5000/50 horizontal, 12 pallets with 240 tool hive and Mazak QT250MY (milling & y-axis) utilizing CNC Solutions 10DER system with FANUC M-20 iD/25 6-axis robot.
