Pattern Shop & Heated Storage Area

For newly designed components, we work with third-party vendors that are familiar with our processes and are highly competent in producing pattern equipment which in turn ensures dimensionally compliant castings for our customers.

Our own pattern shop is equipped and staffed so that existing pattern and core equipment may be transferred to Baker and adapted to run in our facility. This saves both time and money in getting your castings into production.

Our facility provides a clean heated storage area for patterns in between production requirements.

Metallurgy Lab & Testing Procedures

  • Full sand testing capabilities, including moisture and compatibility, are monitored continuously to provide quality sand to the core making and molding operations
  • Stringent metallurgical standards are monitored at every step of the casting process
  • Spectrograph chemical analysis
